Her practice focuses on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, employment contracts and general corporate matters. She regularly counsels clients in a broad range of transactional matters and assists in navigating many of their day-to-day legal challenges.
Ms. Young Cantor graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration. She received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Florida.
